Alien: Chariot of the Gods - A cinematic oneshot that I ran for Intro to RPGs and was very successful. It's set in the ALIEN universe (yes, the film series) and boasts an easy to learn d6 system with pregenerated character sheets and an easy to follow system. It's also very scary (bonus points).
It's all ready to go so no need to prepare anything in advance except for eagerness and dice (oh, and a pencil if you've got one!).
