I am considering running an Epic Level (level 20+) ish one-shot.
The format will be Play by Post -- where everything will happen in text format on a discord server.
Play by Post games move a lot slower, and it will take a couple weeks to replicate what happens in a single session. The format lends itself well to people who are busy, since it only takes maybe half an hour of every day to read and write posts for. It would be preferable if you could post every day at least once.
They are typically much more story driven than normal games, even the combat is somewhat story driven. As such, it's best suited for decisive and confident players who are able to spearhead their story forward, even if I (the DM) hasn't made a reply post yet. I'm hoping to enable your character arcs along the way and character-character interactions are great :D
I'm not fully committing to this, but I am just testing the waters of engagement so far.
