It gets boring on Earth. Especially if you're not one of the decepticons regularly sent off on whatever Megatron's next doomed plan of the week is. Luckily for you, you've found ways of entertaining yourselves. Mainly by snooping where you probably shouldn't.
Anyway, by totally-not-punishable means, you've found that on a recent raid, an artefact was found, and sent to Shockwave for testing. The mystery behind it all has got you to agree: we've got to check it out, punishments be damned.
So you have a plan. Find peope to help you out on this (and don't let them know you need help, you're Decepticons for Primus' sake!), sneak into Shockwaves lab, ignore the fuel tank-turning horrors, grab it and get out. And do not dwell on what you've seen or it will probably be joining you in your recharge.
This is a horror-comedy one-shot set in my own transformers RPG system, centering around the Decepticons. There are things that will make more sense if you have a bit of transformers knowledge, but you don't need any to join. We'll be making characters before the session.
