Welcome to Intro to RPG's TERM 2
Whether you've played RPGs, wanted to play RPGs or even if you've never heard of RPGs, this is the event for you. Basically, in an RPG, there is a Game Master who describes how the actions you want to take affect the world around you, resulting in a story you have crafted together. You might have seen a little known RPG, Dungeons and Dragons, in places on the internet, but there are MANY more RPGs that are available to play.
These games are one-shots, which are one off, self-contained stories. Which means this is one of the best ways to try an RPG without commiting to a long form campaign! Your GMs will be happy to show you how to play even if you've never played before, so this is a great time to start!
This will be at the end of Week 2, on Saturday the 24th of January, so you must sign up for this event by Friday 23rd of January in order to be able to play, but please sign up before this if you can and reach out to your GMs when you sign up, to allow our GMs to prepare for a great session.
If you would like to be a GM and run a game, please let us know (with ample warning so players can sign up)! We would be really excited to provide resources for whatever we can.
This event will be happening on Campus, in the FAB!! So in signing up, you will be agreeing to follow our society’s Code of Conduct.
