Provisional AGM Results 2018

A massive thank you to everyone that turned up for the AGM and made it such a good event! You have helped us continue to put on the events that you all love so much.

We are pleased to announce the following provisional motion results:
- CCGs Executive to Become Two Roles - PASSED
- All Members of the Exec Should Require Their Real Name and Photograph to be Listed on Their Exec Profile on our Website - PASSED
- The Society Should Use the SU Electronic Voting System for Future Elections – NOT BE PUT
- The Society Should Remove Current Tradition of Having a Fictional President and Rename the "Presidential Spokesbeing" Role to "President“ - PASSED
- Renaming the Exec Role of 'Wargames Representative’ to 'New Rob’ - RESCINDED
- The Society Should Introduce a Society Mascot - PASSED

These are provisional until seven days after the close of the meeting. Complaint methods were given on the evening and include messaging the society Facebook page or posting on the forums. Full slides will be posted in due course, including all the news announced and the full details of the final motions.
