From Last Week
• TPP contract
o Will be signed by Nigel
o A company mention needs included in every newsletter
o We need to decide what to do with the money
For This Week
• All exec members need to renew membership
• Societies fair times will be distributed amongst execs to ensure adequate turnout
• Banner design needs to be submitted
• RPG intro event
o An announcement shall be posted on the main Facebook page after societies fair
o There should be enough GMs
Any Other Business
• James S-F suggested that we could become involved in boardgame events with the Chaplaincy
o Possibility of becoming involved in pub boardgames will also be investigated
• Do we need a poll for “faction” name?
o It was decided that for the moment we probably do not, as it is currently raising minimal issues
• Advertising future events on screens around campus was suggested
Actions to Be Taken
• All exec members need to re-join society
• Nigel will send TPP contract, James E will then send it back
• Exec members should fill out their available societies fair times on google sheet
• Nigel will submit banner design after being redone by Ross
• James S-F will contact Anglican chaplain about possibility of boardgame events
• Nigel will contact the SU about pub boardgame events
• Dan will post on the relevant Facebook pages/groups about the RPG intro event
• Nigel will investigate campus screen advertisements
