Hello, Term is over, but we still have a few more events to tide you over until next term.

WARGAMING
Monday 17:00 to 22:00, WA1.15 Avon Building Westwood, 11th and 18th of December.
The eternal crusade will never end and neither will wargames (although even the greatest hero’s of the imperium can take Christmas and New Year’s Day off) as we continue to do battle into the holidays. If you happen to be around on campus on the 11th and 18th then why not treat yourself to a game of your favourite system, it might be your last chance until term 2 begins.

BOARDGAMES
Wednesday 16:00 to 22:00, WA1.15 Avon Building Westwood, 13th and 20th of December and 3rd of January
Just like wargames, boardgames will run throughout the holidays but this time only missing one week. Unlike our term time events these sessions will start at 16:00 (although 6 straight hours of baordgames should be just enough to keep you going). They will also take place on the Westwood campus thereby limiting the use of our boardgames collection, so make sure and plan ahead if you have anything special you want to play so as we can make sure it’s there.

FESTIVE NEWS
As many of you will probably have noticed, the ground appears to be white now. Taking advantage of this peculiar phenomenon our glorious president indulged in a society favourite, SNOW TOAST!!!! This delicacy was enjoyed on some toasted brown bread and topped with maple syrup. So, what are you waiting for, better hurry and get your fill before it all melts.
