Its a new term, its a new day. And I'm feeling good. Well, I was probably feeling okay as we, the exec, worry about running in person events (spoiler alert, we don't).

Look to their coming on the first light of the fifth day, at dawn look to the east. -> Google Slides. Note: you do not actually need to wait for the dawn of the 5th day from now. Sub-Note: This is just a cool quote and movie.

1. Paul Gower Event

Paul Gower is a quest designer for RuneScape and a Warwick Alumni and wanted to connect with gaming societies. We were to run an event he could attend. We discussed a few ideas but ultimately decided we needed more information. I can't remember where this lead to, but I don't believe did have him at an event. In-person events were cancelled after all.

2. Virtual Socs Fair

Basically a Q&A livestream. Like seriously, why couldn't we have just livestreamed it. Instead it was actually a nightmare. Anakin sent their thoughts to the SU. They were not nice.

In all seriousness, we organised people to be ready on meetandgreet.

3. Welcome Week

This was a check in with all event reps about running their online events. Several were doing this during summer. We also discussed server infrastructure. Welcome week itself was good.
