🌌Megagame recap!🌌
We had Megagame on Sunday! It was lovely to see so many people and thank you to all who helped run it :D
This was my first Megagame and it was somehow even more chaotic than I expected.
We rushed to explore the wastelands and find technology, then many of us had our items stolen by the big evil corp. We bribed the news journalists for information and our group had the personal tag of religious fanatics as we somehow became a Spaghetti monster cult. We all attempted to get back at the big evil corp but their defences were high and some groups attacked a building so much it burnt down! Then the moon was going to crash into us??
My group feared we were behind but in a historic turnover we hired 29 mercenaries using the equivalent of 1.5 million ish credits to steal our required items in a very overkill mission. My company PP inc with German, Amber and Min won but of course it did, we had our spaghetti lord with us.

💜Thank you all💜
Thank you to all the exec running the events this year and of course everyone who came to them, we wouldn't have Tabletop society without yall.
Everyone I've got to know this year is absolutely lovely and we are the best society in Warwick (no bias at all)
I can't wait for next year and I wish everyone a great Summer :)

Last week in LARP
The story continues...
Fuelled by endless hubris, Rigg set forth into the Endless Forest along with Nightscream, Cornelius, and a Nameless in order to fulfil Rigg's promise to Millie to bring back her brother. Surrounded by death on all sides, the party ventured deep to locate the Disciples of the Life-Tree, a group of spiritualists in service to a life spirit who was once human. Idvor, as the tree was once known, agreed to assist the party, first by fully fixing Cornelius' arm (with some added foliage), and by providing them with a life fragment, though it did so only in order to teach them a lesson.
Meanwhile, Aerys fled into the woods, running from Reeves, Lupans, and many others who wanted them dead. Pursued by so many, they met with a mysterious figure, and were offered a terrible choice...
Our four 'heroes' ventured deeper into the Mists, facing countless bizarre horrors and tortures to seek Miller's last resting place. At last they came to the place, but met instead with the Keeper-of-Secrets, who wished to put a stop to this reckless discovery. It leashed on them its pawns: a troop of Lupan soldiers and Aerys. The battle was tense, but after the Lupans were dispatched and Aerys mercifully executed the Keeper-of-Secrets was forced to withdraw in a fit of rage.
At last able to find Miller's body, Rigg performed his greatest work to bind the fragment in the corpse, reviving Miller. But all was not so simple: Miller lashed out in madness, nothing more than a mindless brute kept together by uncontrolled Life magic. Despite Rigg's protestations and recalling his promises to Idvor, Cornelius had no choice but to put an end to things and destroy Rigg's magnum opus forever.
And so another year closes. Secrets have been unleashed, lives lost, and hopes shattered. But life continues. These stories end, but new ones are only just beginning...
