AGM2020 - RESULTS
Firstly, a huge thank you to everyone that came to the AGM, be it to vote or run for positions. I believe it was one of the best attended AGMs we've ran, at least from my memory of the society from the past 3 yrs. You can find the PROVISIONAL (until this Wednesday) results below. There's also a lovely photo of them all together if you're not familiar with any of the new faces.

At our next exec meeting (or the one after) we'll likely be choosing the "auxiliary" roles like welfare, equal ops (from the exec) and assistant RPGs (which can be from the general membership). We'd recommend that people who ran for RPGs come and run for Asst. RPGs, but anyone is welcome to apply.
End of Term Warhammer Tournament
Following on from the point last week, there is a 1000pt Warhammer tournament planned for Saturday 14th March. Please sign yourself up using this link.

What's happening this week?
All rooms the same as last week's, with the exception of LARP, moving back to B2.02.
- Wargames - Monday, 5-10pm, B2.04/5
- MtG Draft - Tuesday, 6-10pm, B2.02 - This week's draft is THB. £10 entry (discounted by £2.50/pack brought). Pack prizes included.
- Board Games - Wednesday, 2-10pm, B2.01 with B2.02 from 4pm.
- Casual Card Games - Thursday, 5-10pm, LIB1 - This will be the same all term, yay!
- RPGs - Saturday - Ask GMs for times and locations for any you have signed up for.
- LARP - Sunday 12-5pm, Starting in B2.02 - Remember to arrive promptly before 12:30.
What happened last week?
As mentioned above the main thing was the AGM. I won't repeat the results from that here, just another big thank you to all of you for turning up! As I'm writing this tabletop weekend is currently going on, sadly I couldn't be there. I hope those of you that went enjoyed it and I look forward to seeing any interesting recounts on the #highlights channel.
Finally, a congratulations to our newly appointed (and reappointed) exec! I wish you the best of luck in the year going forward, particularly Ares who will be taking the newsletter over from the start of term 3, with announced plans for small motivational drawings in each edition, which I look forward to! That means that next week... is... my last newsletter... (insert sad emotion here).
