Warwick Tabletop Games and Roleplaying Society has a membership of more than 230 people who are super
into tabletop
gaming of many varieties, including wargames, board games, card games (including Magic: the Gathering
and Netrunner), RPGs (including D&D), and LARP.
We can bring you, as an individual or company, to the attention of this audience if you sponsor our
stream via a donation to our Tiltify page. You will get an ad spot in our stream interludes, a logo
and/or link on this webpage, and a shout out in the next edition of the weekly Tabletop Society
newsletter.
How to apply
Are you an individual or company that wants a space in our ad breaks? Then follow these instructions:
- Send us an email at su303@warwicksu.com
with TABLETOP RADIO SPONSOR as the subject line. Please include who you are/what your business is
and the kind of ad you want us to show for you (a static image, prerecorded video, or text for an ad
read).
- We will respond as to whether we’re happy to advertise you. Tabletop-related ads are prioritised.
Whether your ad is used is at our discretion; we reserve the right to turn you down if we do not
think your ad is appropriate for our stream.
- You send us your ad for approval!
- When approved, you should make the relevant donation to our Tiltify page.
- We will then display your ad during our stream interludes.
