It's the board game! Build cities and roads in order to collect resources and expand your empire. Roll the dice and hope your numbers come up so you can get the last ore you need to build that settlement. Negotiate terrible trades persistently with your friends because you didn't build near any sheep and you really need sheep now and please mate, I'll buy you a Pepsi if you give me just one sheep, trust me I wouldn't lie to you.
There's a reason this game has been around a long time, and that's because it's genuinely good. Suitable for 2-4 players.
