📝 Tabletop Quiz is back!
Tabletop quiz is back! Making its grand return later this term!
For all freshers joining us, once per term we run Tabletop quiz! It's just a fun filled night full of silly quiz rounds..... AND there's prizes!
We will be in S0.21 (Click here to see it on the interactive map) from 6-10pm on the 1st of December (week 9 Friday) playing through a whole range of rounds (usually not very rules lawyer-y)!
Bring your friends make a team! Entry will be £1.50 each!

We're after simple 10 question multiple choice quiz rounds that can be on anything! They don't have to be tabletop related at all!
In the past we've had rounds on fanfic, geoguesser type rounds, and general trivia on fun topics!

🎲Want to run an Intros game?
We're running Intro to RPGs again at the beginning of term 2! Specifically, the Saturday at the end of week 1!
If you would like to run a one shot at Intro to RPGs round 2 (electric boogaloo) please message our lovely RPGs rep Ethan (@vortex_creed_113) or assistant RPGs rep Issac (@a_person__)!
You can run any game & any system you wish! At previous Intros people have ran the classic D&D, City of Mist, ALIEN, Fate core accelerated, etc. You name it you can (probably) run it!
For anyone interested in playing, more infomation about what games will be being ran and all that infomation shortly! Sign ups will be on the website just like previous Intro games!

- Monday 5-10pm: In Person Wargames - CS1.01 - MPORTANT NOTE: CS1.01 is in a KEYCARD ACCESS ONLY area, of which only DCS student and Tabletop exec will have access to. IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 5PM PLEASE PING/MESSAGE THE WARGS CHAT WE CAN COME LET YOU IN!
- Tuesday 6-10pm: In Person Draft - B2.02 - MH2 & March of the Machines - £15 & £8.50 - you must sign up here to take part
- Wednesday 3-10pm: In Person Board Games - B2.02
- Thursday 5-10pm: In Person CCGs - B2.02
- Sunday 12-5pm: LARP - B2.02

💭 What happened last week? 💭
Alien: Destroyer of worlds:
This time around the party lived past act 1! That doesn't mean that this game was any less chaotic though! Most of the party almost died quite a few times & sadly the captain did die after bad rolling for fatal injuries and acid splash not being on her side!
Here's a short list of quotes collected from the session that give you the vibes of the game:

- Don't want to be drunk with an oven! (the Insurgents were great at bluffing)
- Recreational drugs - paracetamol and ibuprofen!

- uh no this is a three way between me you and mason (context: they luckily were only having a chit chat)
Last week in Murderous Misfits:
The game started with GM Ethan warning the group that we could TPK. There were about 5 different occasions where we thought we would! With the worst being a mini boss fight where only one member of the party (Kora the mini tank) was up and fighting!
Who would've thought that a mini boss fight could've come from a traumatic family reunion dinner at essentially the presidents palace!
Todays fun highlight pics include the tower of cubes! This was the gangs death count with the black cube on top being everyones favourite bard Rosettas undead brother Markus (we all shed a tear at his death again). We also have a gorgous fail from RPG rep Ethan! In rage after rolling a nat 1 he threw a dice at the wall where it bounced off landing on a nat 20!
