Last week in Murderous Misfits!
In a not so shocking twist the emotional battle between the charmed half of the party and the 'sane' half of the party was emotional! Their desperate battle to break the church bell that would free Misthill from their charmed state and stop Kora's dad (he ran the town) ended in tears as their beloved Val passed away. But! the party's NPC cleric rushed in allowing Val to remake his death saves! With a clutch luck point from Rose and some very stressful dice rolls Val was brought back after getting to quickly tell his (unfortuately dead) wife he loved her before he returned to Harken.
The murderous misfits narrowly survived their warped 3 weeks in Misthill with most of the party looking a bit worse for wear.
Next on their list the city of Yeka... where it's rumoured Val's daughter may be in a bit of trouble....
On a lighter note here's some quotes & summaries from the party!
- 😮😮😮😭😮😮😮😮😮🙂😮😮😮😱 - all the emojis drawn out in notes
- "I look like a whole rotisserie chicken" - Val/Ethan
- "It's Marco Polo! - GM Ethan about NPC Marcus the blind fighter with a gun...
- "Honk shoo bitch" - Val/Ethan wanting a level up
- Rose was MVP of the battle!
Last week in LARP:
The party trekked through the freezing wastes (both in-character and out-of-character) while trying to unpick the trail of an attempted assassination of the Cardinal of Hellen. After an unfortunately cut-short attempt at negotiating with a gang of outlaws, some rather spectacular violence, and another more successful attempt at negotiating, the party found the person who planned the operation only to have it revealed that the first assassin had been a bluff and the cardinal was already dead.
Last week in Wargames:
A shield-captain vs a psychic dog.
Who wins? Who knows!
Extra Bonus End Bit
Adventure's of Strawberry Jam!
Jam went on a wild night out this week!
Post Tabletop Quiz Jam, Vice Pres Kelsey & her friend Aisling went to T-bar & had a great time!
Who knew he loved a night out?
Happy holidays!
