Hear now the tale of Telum Scelum, rascal of the seas. Weapon crimes were what he did, and he did them with ease. Yet despite his fraud, deception and plundering, 'twas a crime not his own that would be his undoing.
The proud Captain Bloodshark had mapped out his treasure. His craven foe Williams was by jealousy displeasured. And so he contacted a growing conspiracy, And thus came together Telum's enemies.
The plan was simple to bring the rascal to court. Over Bloodshark's murder would this battle be fought. His defense a mage who never could rest, The wit of the duo was put to the test.
Through day they searched for clues amidst the streets of Denge, As the crime lord of Axia planned his revenge. 'Til at last they were brought out before the jury, to try this upstart Lord of the Sea.
The case was long fought, and fought to the hilt. And the cry went up from the crowd "no guilt" But the scheme against Telum did scarcely hear. The motion mage fled, the end was now near.
He stood on the deck, his foes all around. Against Lupan and Reeve he stood his ground. He stood on the plank, he called out their names. Then down they all went, engulfed in the flames.
