📅 What's on?
This week we're running a special timetable to introduce everyone to all the events we run!
Monday 25th September we're running Intro to Wargames in MB0.07 from 5-10! Click here to see the room on the interactive map!
Tuesday 26th September features a tabletop trifecta!
- Not only are we a part of the Department of Computer Science’s social event from 11am-1pm (precise location TBC)
- We have Intro to LARP (part 1) from 1pm in B2.02! Click here to see the room on the interactive map!
- We also have Draft from 6pm, also in B2.02! We are running Wild of Eldraine & Tales of Middle Earth simultaniously at £10 each!
Wednesday 27th September sees us at Boardgames from 2-10pm, also in B2.02! Feel free to drop in play some games and have a chat!
Thursday 28th September features us at the Socs Fair in the sports centre from 10am onwards and CCGs from 3-9 in B2.02!
Friday the 29th September is Intros to LARP (part 2 electric boogaloo) , once more in B2.02 from 1pm!
Saturday 30th September sees our traditional intro to RPGs session from 12-6pm in the Faculty of Arts building! You can sign up for this here

💜 Meet the exec!
While you will meet plenty of exec at our welcome week events (and meet the exec social after Intro to RPGs on the 30th!) it can be a bit intimidating sometimes!

We do have some extra exec joining us (like our lovely new graphic designer Alyssa!) and have some moderators who help keep the soc discord nice & comfortable!
If you want to have a chat feel free to DM any of us or talk to us in person! We'll probably be in purple exec hoodies this week just to signpost us!
💭 What happened last week over the holidays? 💭
Tabletop extravaganza happened at the end of term 3!
Big thank you to everyone who came down, enjoyed some games & hung out over the days!
Since everyone was so preoccupied terraforming mars there aren't many highlight photos only the stories!
Tabletop radio happened over summer! We raised £70 for Special effect!

Adventures of Strawberry Jam!
As some of you will know we have a beautiful mascot!
Introducing Strawberry Jam!
Every week I'll be bringing you stories of what our beloved mascot has done this week!
You can also give soc Jam a squish at our events as he's usually floating around to be hugged!
Over the summer Jam celebrated his 4th birthday! Doesn't he look gorgeous in his tiara!
He also made the less glamorous trip back to uni!
Though he does look very silly while vacuum sealed!
