Open Day Socs Fair - how was it?
- It was indoors!
- We got some people visiting and a weird amount of parents interested
- We need to keep an eye on how we get paid

🕐 1. Equalitea Board Games

- Has a fundraising pack with useful materials
- Can print stuff off in my office for free so that won’t be too much of an issue
We’ve done one of these in the past - a cake and tea/coffee stall (donate like £1.50 to get cake + drink) outside B2.02, then people eating and playing board games inside
Week 8, from when board games starts (2pm)
- Set up the stall a little earlier, at like 1
We already have 2 rooms, B2.01 and B2.04/5, so we can use 1 of these for fooding and 1 for non-fooding?
Need to advertise widely - Pride and Tabletop, also WISA 🏃‍♂️ Ares
Who would be up for making cake? I will be, of course

🕑 2. Tabletop Radio Home Stretch

2 things left to do: RingFit stream and TTR Board Game demo
Finnbar (+ Sol) - demo??? Maybe 11th/12th (ask Sol)
RingFit:
- Sat Week 7, got B2.02 booked from 11am-3pm
- Did a demo a few weeks ago and it worked surprisingly well
- Finnbar will be on tech support, Ares will lead the work out
- Need 3-4 other people to join in
  - Scarlett has volunteered
  - Hannah
  - Anakin????

  - You will need to get a pilates ring at minimum (you also might want to bring a yoga mat or similar for your butt, the floor is not kind)

🕒 3. The Future (spooky noises)

I know it’s early, but you need to start thinking about whether you’ll be rerunning next year, and if not, who your successor will be So, a rundown:

President - Anakin - likely not rerunning, not found successor yet (Alex might run!!)
VP - Ares - not re-running at all (thesis)
Treasurer - Ike - rerunning
Web Admin - Finnbar - not re-running at all, have no fucking clue (theoretically Scarlett could do it if there’s no one else)
- Need to be more precise on what the web admin role entails
- Nominate an assistant?
- Appoint a head moderator? (and don’t have moderation be a feature of web admin, just have them as server owner)
- Not a responsibility to make new features, just maintain what’s there (make the documentation really obvious as to how to do the simple things)
- 🏃‍♂️ Finnbar: sort the web admin role before next term when we start advertising the roles
Co-Op - Hannah - will be rerunning, but not necessarily for co-op (maybe VP) so will need to find if someone’s interested in co-op
Wargames - Jon - not rerunning (graduating), doesn’t expect there will be any problems finding someone
Draft - Henry - not rerunning (graduating), will start looking for someone
Board Games - Alex - rerunning but not for BGs, is it worth having an assistant (as backup)? Haven’t heard from anyone who’s interested yet.
- Make it clear in the advert that other exec will be helping out with the 8 hours thing.
CCGs - Scarlett - will run for something else (maybe web admin or VP), couple of people who might be interested
RPGs - Oli - not rerunning (graduating and going elsewhere rip), Lap will be running
LARP - James - doesn’t know about rerunning but there are some consistent players who could be pressganged
Quartermaster - Nathan - isn’t here but Alex is pretty sure that Nathan will rerun

🕓 4. X-Wing Tournament!

Tabletop weekend??? :O James Ellis is coming up
B2.02 and 4/5 are booked
- Considering getting 01 as well, Jon wants 4/5 for the tourney though because 01 might be too smol 🏃‍♂️
It is happening one of the days - 🏃‍♂️ Jon will put out a poll for day preference
Start at 9.30 in the morning (sad face)
Just remember not to clash with the auction if it ends up being on Saturday
- Would be better to run it on Sunday but It Depends
- Does James E want to LARP??????
