Reminders/Updates

Welcome Week stuff needs finalising before the deadline - Magic draft and LARP specifically need to finish theirs.

Tabletop Radio Charity Shortlist

Working from last year's shortlist and a quick check of queer charities before the meeting, a shortlist was narrowed down. From the original 8 (Mermaids, Stonewall, Galop, Kaleidescope International Trust, Just Like Us, the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Alliance (ILGA), Switchboard, and the Albert Kennedy Trust.), we removed Stonewall and Mermaids because we've raised money for them before and ILGA due to their broader focus beyond the UK. This left us with a shortlist of five, which we will use to set up a website vote for the membership.

Murder Mystery Check In

With the help of Nathan's flatmate, all roles have been designed, and just need polish - this is where the exec volunteers from last meeting can help. The role survey and Discord are in the process of being written/made, so the website event can be announced in the coming newsletter.

Open Day Fair Stand

A schedule was finalised from the people available to get us people for the full time on both days (the 18th and 25th of June), and written up in sheets.

The Quiz

I asked for round runners from exec at the meeting and outgoing exec on the server, and got a full list of round runners: Lewis Matthew Nathan Alonso Anakin Alex (maybe, if they get an idea) [Minutes note: they did] Scarlett doing the bonus round

Any Other Business

• RPG room bookings - Alonso bought up that the spreadsheet needs update for post week 6 - he should have edit perms
• Ticketing on the megagame - currently (as in, as I write these minutes) sorting forms to send off to the SU to get it set up as a website event for ticketing.
• Sorting Interludes for Tabletop Radio

Action Points

• Fern - Sort Event Planning form for Megagame [in progress atm, to be done for this weekend]
• Book socsfair stand - Fern, ASAP [Done!]
• Fern + Scarlett - make charity poll. Lils - publicise poll (discord, newsletter, facebook)
• Nathan, Murder mystery help crew - sort polishing roles for murder mystery
• Finalise TTR schedule, start advertising (me, Ed to make ads, Lils to advertise)
• Fern - get quiz prizes
• Quiz people - make rounds (keep them sensible, usual format restrictions - if you want to deviate run it by me first)
