1. Liam chase up DCS about storage for term 3
2. Ben contact SU about storage.
3. Alvis, Ethan, Liam, Matt/James to start writing down what faction equip could be sold/donated
4. Kelsey and Alonso keep chasing up about merch- T-Shirts too expensive - (badges still a question mark?- but not too deep)- Fern to contact Ike and Alonso to ask Ed (again)
5. Fern ask Finnbar if they can poke Pocket Workshop
6. All exec to send Alysha short descriptions of your role
7. Kelsey, Fern, Alysha and Ben to work on AGM announcements/posts – Fern to set up elections over weekend and all exec please prepare short summary of what you’ve been doing
8. Tell Ben (& Kelsey) any (constitution-changing) motions BY Feb 14th.
9. Matt send out Murder Mystery announcement/form etc over weekend - sign up and repromote
10. Liam, Ben & Alonso sort out wargs purchase
11. Kelsey finalise week 9 movie night- No Honour Among Thieves. - room booked but looking for alternative days (SATURDAY Wk9)- paramount

AGM

• All exec be there for as close to 6pm as possible! Officially starts at 7pm but we have a lot to run through
• ask candidates to submit manifestos on our website (Kelsey can help with this)
• Fern to lead the mascot election on discord.
• Speeches; 2 minutes for president and 1 min for anyone else. If running for multiple positions then you get 30 seconds for any subsequent positions.
• Please trust Kelsey when she does questions (silly ones especially)
• Promo events (MURDER MYSTERY)

DCS

• James give DCS boardgames on Mon 4th March for them to use Wed 6th March (grr boardgames social)
• Wed 13th March Wk10 paid social event, Fusion Bar 2-4.30pm (new esports centre). Who would like to be involved? We need 4-6 people
• Alysha, Ethan, Mina, Kelsey (if needed)

Term 2 Events

• Cheese and Choc summary: good, we have 15 or so people
• LARP Pub: nobody went beyond LARP, perhaps in future we promo it more to wider soc
• CCGs x Pride: Pride didn't promote it effectively on their part so low Pride-member turnout
• Murder Mystery: sign-up! Briefs done, props done.
• Big RPGs Update: call for GMs to go out again. We want at least 4 GMs (likely we will)
• Quiz: runner callout! Alonso, Mina(?), Ben (for Ethan/Alysha to deliver?), ask new exec.
• Kelsey figure out week 9 film and book a room potentially

Term 3 Events

• Megagame - if u wanna help then reply in discord
• Active Bystander?? Recommend for all. Anyone can do it. 2+ needed
• Tabletop radio. BIG planning. Far ahead as possible
• Eurovision (sat 11th May )

Handover

• Meaaal wld be t3 prob
• Pic at agm for Kelsey nan
• Exec look at handover doc to review section to see if still appropriate. Update names. Over Easter!!!! Keep under 200 pages pls if can basically less waffle.
• Big handover meeting when? Wld usually be wk9. Organise w new exec

Merch

• need graphic design work done. Kelsey get Alyssa's insta and send a follow-up message and pass onto Alonso
• Kelsey and Alonso meeting soon to discuss it and set up shop on SU

AOB/ORB

• Wargames purchase bounced back so Ben and Alonso to further discuss!
• Spend your money! Alonso to enquire about how society can get printer credits
• Ben will be busy in week 9
• No campaigning in our server but we can send a 'here's how to vote' message
