Handover

More of an update but... handover doc is mostly done (aside from soc constitution stuff), Ben & Lewis to sign off, then faction reps to complete planned purchases. Mina and Isaac have been asked to complete their bio/pic on website. WISA moderators needed! And Ben and Alysha to send discord moderator applications to Lap by 27th May.

Remove old exec from discord near the end of t3, and update the drive perms then too. VP and Co-Op officer to clean out drive.

Upcoming Events

Writing Festival- led by Ben on 6th June, with support from Kelsey. RPGs-based stall on storytelling and character-building. Open days- chase up timings for them and then Kelsey send out sign up sheets Check through promo materials in the cupboard Alonso to order business cards when possible SocFest- Kelsey to sign us up Banner tutorial?? Welcome Week

deadline to submit events for welcome week timetable is mon week 10. LARP has already done it woo. Kelsey or Ben to contact Varsity for a social after the 'meet the exec' intros

Storage

Ideas pls?? Some room with RPGs for books, throw away unused stuff!! WarGs can have a clearout, boardgames to look at what can be done. Maybe get a clear box for boardgames?

AOB/ORB Lap requested photos of people/objects that aren’t from 2019!!!!! When Anna sends exec training sheet out, get on that. Tell Ben feedback about the SU that Ben can tell Max, the future VP of societies. Prizes for the quiz kelsey???? About £10-£15 budget
