💭 Reminders/Updates
- How was Intro to RPGs Term 2 boogaloo?
- Went well! (not very helpful but Oli and Lap aren’t here)
- How was Spring Term Welcome overall?
- Had a negative effect somehow. Didn’t help bring in new people at all. Probably because it was during January exams, and the SU don’t do a great job of advertising it.
AGM:
- Forum threads are now up, including an updated FAQ, the main thread, and a mascot thread
- Finnbar posted a web admin/tech officer motion
- Any updates on who’s running for what from the other week?
- Got an RPG candidate on the forum! Ben
- Got a Co-Op candidate on the forum! Lils
- Got a Wargames candidate on the forum! Liam
- Execsplanations are now going on in the newsletter
Merch status?
- Hoodies: Discussed in action points
- Stickers:
- Both sets are now done and in B2.02 cupboard
- Have the excess been submitted as a new merch item to the SU yet? No, needs doing 🏃♂️ Ike
- Badges: Now collected, will arrive in B2.02 cupboard tomorrow 🏃♂️ Finnbar
- Statuettes: In B2.02 already
- Stickers, badges and statuettes have now also all been advertised
🕐 1. Quiz
- Week 9 Friday, 6-9pm, OC1.06
- Ares + Finnbar hosting (if Finnbar is in existence)
Round rules (because last time was chaos):
- Your round must be easily score-able out of 10 (no silly decimals)
- No bonus points
- Your round must take no longer than 15 mins (+5 mins answers)!!! to run
- Nothing that involves paragraphs of text
- Must be made on Google Slides (and check that it works properly)
- Must have question slides, then a break slide, then answer slides
- You must seriously think about how difficult your questions are, especially for someone with no knowledge of the subject (multiple choice is your friend)
- (These rules do not apply to the bonus round)

🕒 3. Warhammer Renovation
- Reylynn’s got in touch about renovating the Soc's Warhammer stuff
- ~£150 in total out of Wargames budget
- Questions to consider:
- Is there enough budget?
- Does wargames want to spend budget on anything more urgent?
- Will people use this Warhammer stuff?
- Buying the storage for it
- If the answers to all the above are favourable, go ahead

- Alex: continue to email chase-up the Week 9 (Open Day) room bookings
- Term 2 Collabs:
- Game Design - Anakin and Alex: finalise content of the weekend with Dan Ilet, get the block schedule to Ares so they can create an advertisement for it. Inventory what components we have for people to use/consider buying more.
- Fantasy/Sci-Fi Event - Anakin: finalise the event and make sure it’s announced everywhere
- LARP murder mystery (Nathan/James):
- Cancel the Week 9 booking
- Continue with planning - finish making the roles
- LARP stuff (Nathan/James):
- Get the Google Form for LARP feedback done (why/why aren’t people doing LARP)
- Sniper LARP - put event up on website
- Decide what’s happening with testing out LARP Wednesdays later this term
